On March 31, at her insistence, we moved my mother to a new residence. She said goodbye to her friends and departed.
Last night at 23:11, despite my raging and partially desperate efforts, in conjunction with medical professionals to prevent it, she departed altogether.
We continue, in this manner, not as if it is our intent, to send personal representatives to the Far Lands, though we already have, there, the best possible Advocate, His pledge to our cause written in His own blood.

Hi Doug, I’m so sorry. I’ll keep you, your mom, and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
Doug, you and your family our in our prayers.
-Ray
Doug,
You and your family are in my prayers. It is a comfort to know that this is not all there is and that the land we travel to is far better. You can’t grieve for your mom when you know she is with the Lord of Hosts.
God bless,
Dean
Thank you, Antonio. Thank you, Dean, Ray, Phil, Brian.
Pray for the restoration of the nation for which her husband served in the European Theatre in WWII, for the renewal of the culture of law and life that began to unravel when she was twelve, for a return of the simple decency that all her generation learned to expect and enjoyed for the entire first half of her life.
Pray that the justice for which preceding American Generations fought and sacrificed lives might once again be defended as sacred and no longer bartered away for political “gain.”
Doug,
Sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. We will certainly keep your
family in our prayers.
Just briefly, As to the convention today
This new house has become quite complicated and time consuming. It unfortunately caused us to miss the convention. I hope it went alright
God be with you and your family.

My condolences. And a prayer.
Brian Thomas
Be assured that our prayers continue to be with you. May you find strength in the Lord in this time of sorrow.
And thank you for all you do, Doug, for the cause of preserving our God given rights to Life, Liberty and Property!
Thank you, Michelle. And Ron Ewart sent this message:
“I can’t even begin to know the emotional roller coaster you must have been going through with your mother. Life is truly great, but the end of life can be quite painful.
“Nevertheless, it is one of those things we must all face, from either side of the coin.
“My sincere condolences to you, your wife and your extended family at this time of your grief.”
Thanks for your message, Ron.
My extended family includes the warriors for the truth with whom I am proud to stand and work, shoulder to shoulder in the trenches.
Sorry to hear about your mom. I hope you and your family are doing well.
Doug –
This saddends me as I had hoped and prayed that she would pull through. I did not know your mom but I can’t help but think what a wonderful woman she must have been; who bore and raised you to be the person you are today. May the peace of Christ be with you and your family.
Blessings,
The “E”’s
We’ll be praying for you and your family!
Know that you are embraced by a community of friends who cares about you very much!
Doug,
I just found your web site and learned of your mother’s passing. When you spoke at the Poulsbo Fire Station on March 22nd I had no idea that you were about to lose your mother only a week later. I would like to express my sincere condolances.
My mother passed away under similar circumstances January 27, 2000. The void that her passing left has yet to be filled. Although I did not know your mother, I do share the sorry of losing a mother who was a great person.

To the Winifred Parris Family:
In researching her passing, after seeing the notice in the local newspaper, I came across this website and wanted to join others in expressing my condolences to the family.
Mrs. Parris was my French teacher at Meadowdale High School, Lynnwood, WA, from Sept. 1965-June 1968. In my senior year, I was also her student assistant. She opened up the world to me through the study of the French language, and nearly every week since then, I have had some occasion to use it. I was a library music cataloger before retirement and many times drew on my early French lessons in my work.
Merci, Madame! May God comfort your family and give you eternal rest and peace.
With affection, Barbara (Hammond) Matter
Thank you, Barbara, your post, here, is a real blessing.
