Karl Hindle has been working tirelessly for five years and spent more than four hundred thousand dollars investigating his daughter’s illegal abduction to the U.S. What he has uncovered is deplorable. The paper trail shows the United States government is in the business of illegal baby snatching and harboring criminals.
Emily would not have suffered the loss of her father for the last five years, or the vision in her right eye, if it weren’t for the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA.) And people like Barbara Grieg of the U.S. State Department who see it as an excuse for misandry and a license for lawlessness.
Hindle, a U.K. citizen met and fell in love with American Sheila Fuith while in New York. When she moved to the U.K. in 2001 she hadn’t mentioned the husband and daughters she’d abandoned. Emily was born in the U.K. on March 1, 2002. At 5-months-old Emily was diagnosed with esotropia caused by amblyopia. She needed patching therapy, a patch worn a few hours each day, or she would lose sight in her right eye.
In February 2003 Fuith decided to leave Hindle and return to the U.S. She knew he would object to her taking Emily, so she did what many women in her position have done. She accused him of domestic violence and sexual abuse of children. Thanks to VAWA, she needed only to speak the words.
Fuith was taken in by a battered women’s shelter, and given free legal aid by the U.S. government. With no evidence and no due process, Barbara Grieg authorized the illegal abduction. The U.S. Embassy in London issued a passport for Emily without her father’s signature as required by law. The forged signature was not notarized, and had the wrong date.
After arriving in the U.S. Fuith stopped Emily’s therapy. She then tried to give Emily away in a “baby switch.” She placed Emily with the family of Leslie Merriam, a three time convicted pedophile in Wisconsin. Karl learned of this and contacted local law enforcement.
Fuith needed only to claim Karl was harassing her, and the baby switch wasn’t investigated. A call to Grieg confirmed that Hindle was “dangerous.” Captain Alan Osowski never looked at Fuith’s phone when she told him numbers from “harassing calls from Hindle.” But he wrote he had in his report.
This was just the beginning of Hindle’s harrowing five-year journey to protect his daughter. Fuith has moved Emily dozens of times through several different states. She’s filed over 100 false police reports. And Hindle has received death threats.
Two police investigations in the UK and three in the U.S. cleared Hindle of all allegations. Fuith was found guilty of coaching Emily and making false allegations. Hindle was given court-ordered reunification with Emily.
Hindle said, “Emily met her elder brother (Max) and sister (Elizabeth) for the first time in almost 3 years…as we walked into the resort hotel, Emily asked me ‘Is this my family ?‘“
They enjoyed these visits, evidenced by these photographs, until Fuith made another false allegation and disappeared. Emily was then listed as missing and endangered.
Knowing all of this, Grieg didn’t just harbor Fuith all these years. She interfered whenever Hindle needed a visa to attend custody hearings, arranged his improper arrest, imprisonment and deportation by the immigration department, and tried to set him up to be arrested for violence. She had officers hiding in bushes while her cronies harassed Hindle. And all the while, during her many lawless and reprehensible actions, she allowed Emily to go blind.
Fuith is still enjoying VAWA-funded legal representation. Recently there was a conference call between Fuith, Hindle, their attorneys and the State Department. During the call Fuith recanted every allegation she has made against Hindle. Even hearing this, the State Department refused to budge. The reason? The allegations the mother has made.
Sheila Fuith is clearly guilty, yet has not received any punishment. Karl Hindle is completely innocent, yet has not been able to see Emily or get custody. Now the State Department wants to send him back to London to apply for a new visa.
Hindle said recently, “I’ve been here for 5 weeks, yet Emily and I have not seen each other. The judge will not enforce his orders, and the mother maintains visitation must take place in Panama City, 350 miles away. Emily and I last saw each other on May 28th, 2006!” Hindle is now on his way back to the UK without seeing Emily.

We have dealt with Ms. Grieg, only to have the opposite happen. My husband’s ex fled to the UK 9 years ago, and forged my husband’s signature on the passports to get the children out of the country. All this for a man she met on the internet. For years, my husband did not know where the children were. When we finally tracked them down, we tried to have the children returned under the Hague Convention. That did not happen. The ex has divorced and is back in touch, and in fact, left the daughter here with us this summer. My stepson is back in the UK. It has been an uphill battle for all of this to happen.
We are now trying to get my stepdaughter’s passport canceled and get legal custody. She is enrolled in school here and doing well, especially for someone that only saw her father for a few days two years ago, for three weeks last summer and now is living here. Prior to that, she did not see or speak with her father for seven years! This has all happened through no help from the state department. In addition to all of this, the mother was able to renew the passports of the children in January of 2006, denying she knew where the father was, even though she had been in touch with very close friend’s of the family AND the state department was aware of the situation!!!!
I am very dissatisfied with the handling of all of this, but grateful that my stepdaughter is with us now…..

He lost his case and has been ordered to pay $29,000 back child support and fact myself and others have had abusive phone callds , e mails ect from Hindle hoping to prevent certain matters coming to light.
Karl Hindle has lot a lot of support as he was sussed and busted.
There is a lot yet to be outed and I do have documentations and e mails from others whom Karl has conned and abused their hospitality and financial support which he used on for own personal gains.

Just a little postscript/ Mr. Parris, please excuse mistakes in my first posting re/grammar and English ect. ,let me enlighten you a bit on myself at present,
I am into my 10th month of rehab/ongoing treatment after suffering severe brain/head trauma and I now suffer from aquired brain injury/dexterity issues, but most certainly am not brain dead.
So if I make mistakes then I apologise, I have had to relearn to write/type/speech/communication ect. all over again and I think given circumstances I am advancing rather well ,also due to fact I have been left with residual/mobility problems and lost of sight in my left eye, therefore at times makes it rather difficult for me to not make the odd errors in grammer.
So please do take into account not all are as lucky and so intellectually gifted as you seem to feel you are.

You have assaulted Mr. Hindle’s character without a shred of evidence. You are free not to provide any, of course, but the rest of us are somewhat bound to ignore you as a crank. One may allege anything one wants; that the moon is made of green cheese or that Margaret Thatcher was a fictional character. I am not making “rules” against that. I’m merely pointing out the necessity of bringing some substance to the table if you are to be taken seriously.

Angela, I’ve gone through all the posts on every thread dated Nov. 19th and can’t find any question at all, much less an unanswered one. If you have something in mind, why not just repeat it?
Making durogatory comments about what someone “likes” or not, how they “feel” or not, when they haven’t expressed anything about it, that is, reading their mind and finding unflattering things there, says more about your thinking than it does theirs.
Your vulgarity, your constant attempts at derision, your inability to reason, they all suggest that you have firm opinions without conclusive justification, but, perhaps, you are just struggling to express yourself. If you were the recipient of an “abusive” phone call from Mr. Hindle, just tell us the content and circumstances. I recognize that either party can make up a story about a private two-way conversation, but it would at least be more than an ad hominem attack. Perhaps it would shed some light on the conflict and how you got involved and why you are on the side of the abductor. How did you meet Sheila Fuith?

my responses, in the order of your questions/comments:
1. What does “Now you have lied as thread is there by another party so you must have forgotten a blog you contributed too,” mean? I’ve read it over and over again and the sentence will not parse. I realize you are still in rehab, but could you give it another try? Break it down into seperate sentences, perhaps, each with its own subject.
2. You have expressed your disinterest in our opinion and given several reasons not to respond to pertinent questions, including that we are “boring” and “unimportant.” You usually do this in response to a challenge to present evidence for your accusations. Yet your posts, here, number 25 and counting. Methinks thou dost protest too much.
3. I have no personal connection to Mr. Hindle of any kind. We all, however, have a vested interest in bringing lawless Government to justice. Perhaps that is a forgotten concept, there, in the UK?
4. Now you claim that evidence of “abusive calls” is “no (sic) of your business whatsoever.” But if that is true, you should not have painted Mr. Hindle with the accusations to begin with. You can’t have it both ways. If the allegations are “important” enough to make they are important enough to support and if the evidence is none of our business, so are the accusations.
I think we all need to be committed against believing accusations simply because they are made.

Since then, I’m sure the reason we’re the only “ons” posting to this thread, anymore, is because it consists of 1, you making baseless attacks on me and Hindle and 2, my responses pointing out their vacuousness. Karl Hindle is probably unaware the thread exists.

Regarding Angela Jackson.
Angela Jackson is a Scottish mother who I peripherally helped in the recovery of her two sons abducted to Texas from Scotland by their father.
The eldest reached the age of majority and decided to return to father in Texas while the youngest returned shortly thereafter.
My involvement with Angela ends there.
Now this is a personal matter here on in; I had a girlfriend, I ended the relationship earlier this year. My ex-girlfriend and Angela were somehow in contact with each other while I was in the US dealing with the trial for Emily in Florida.
Angela used a press contact of hers, Steve Smith, to see if there was a way to make some money by selling a “kiss and tell” story to the UK press. This was along the lines of how I dumped the woman who had stood by me while looking for Emily etc etc and frankly was not true. Emails between Jackson and the reporter requested getting photographs and papers from my home while I was away and to which my ex-girlfriend had access.
A third party sent me emails they had been copied in on between Angela, the reporter and my ex-girlfriend and I confronted them all via email.
Since then, my family, my current girlfriend, to whom I am engaged to be married, my lawyers, my work and professional contacts as well as anyone connected or traceable through my blog or any of the websites that have been carrying any part of the story regarding Emily have been subjected to a bombardment of abusive, scurrilous emails and telephone calls by Ms Jackson as well as email harassment of the most vile and sordid kind targeting my fiance and others.
I am not going to descend to Ms Jackson’s level here; it is very sad and frankly I have no further interest in her remarks; her behaviour on this site speaks for itself and has been replicated and removed by several forums.
Unlike others, I have the evidence to back my statements up but this is a bun fight I simply do not wish to waste my time with.

Somehow, it is hard to picture that. Angela has been so polite around here. She is articulate, to the point, respectful and she speaks so highly of Doug.

I must agree with Angela. I do not know this person, and I just came across this site, but I do know Jill Jones-Soderman, and have known her as our family therapist for 24 years! She has been a GOD send to my family! She is of excellent character and is extremely highly educated and brilliant and perceptive. I know she does not deserve the LIBELOUS posted on Hingle’s website, and I know she is NOTHING that he claims she is. I can only conclude that he is misinformed at best, and very cold and narcissistic at worst. This is my opinion only.
Karl Hindle is a very dangerous man. He has abused several wives in the past in the United Kingdom and in the United States. He is, by his own admission, a drug user and alcoholic. He has 4 children in the United Kingdom that he does not see or support. He did not pay child support to those children to the tune of over 30,000 pounds! He was arrested by the US government. He has been accused of and investigated about inappropriate conduct including child abuse and molestation in the United Kingdom and in the United States. And here he is, trying to see a daughter who is terrified of him because he is not a reformed drug user the way he attempts to portray himself to be, he is an alcoholic, and a danger to all of his children. And if Karl Hindle wanted to really see his daughter the way he tries to portray to the public, why does he live 1,000 miles away from her? Why is he not here in Panama City? And why, must I ask, has this man abandoned his other 4 children? When a parent has abandoned any of their children, it says everything about how low a creature that person is.
