A 15-year old King County girl was battered ://www.komonews.com/news/40436267.html by a “man” after
being arrested in connection with an auto theft [for driving her parents' car]. The girl kicked off her shoes as she was placed in a holding cell and one of the shoes apparently hit the arresting officer. The “peace” officer, Paul Schene, 31, then kicked the girl in the hip, slammed her against the wall, then tackled her after yanking her hair and neck back. As she was subdued on the ground, and being handcuffed by another officer, the attacker struck once more, delivering two blows to the victim’s head.
video proof:

another: <http://www.kirotv.com/video/18814943/index.html>
(notice the attacker is described as “accused”); another<http://www.katu.com/news/40449107.html?video=YHI&t=a>)
The victim, a probable juvenile delinquent accused of non-violent property
crime, currently sits in a government cage at the Youth Center while her
tax-eating attacker roams free. A seeming loose cannon, officer Schene has
acted excessively before <http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/local/273183_copshooting08.html>, shooting an unarmed schizophrenic man in the chest 6 times during a scuffle in June of 2006. He was not charged with anything. The police department decided shooting the man was justified; the five following shots were apparently not a problem, either. They, of course, were not biased in their investigation.
Schene also had to be saved from a burning vehicle by passers-by in
December, 2005 when he lost control of his vehicle, smashed into the front of another car and crashed a police mini-van. He was pulled from the car as
the engine ignited and before the car exploded. Schene was not cited for
reckless driving or damaging government property, of course.
As if the actions of this abomination, an employee of King County residents
and benefactor of the victim’s parents’ tax-expropriated dollars (and many
of yours), were not troubling enough, the media are calling this an
“alleged” assault, the video evidence notwithstanding. Of course, the news
reports are not affording the benefit of the doubt to the victimized teen
captive by qualifying the offense for which she has yet to be convicted as
“alleged.”
If my rhetoric is a little strong, well then this is a successful report from my perspective.
In closing, I want you to put yourself in the position of the victim or her
family. Ponder for a moment. Now, think about the matter as if you, a
citizen and a benefactor of all government employees, had acted in such a
manner – and had similar incidents in your past…
Would you be walking the streets right now?
Would the police department be defending or minimizing
your actions?
And what if you were acting in self-defense – against a
government enforcer, a police officer? I think you might be lying in the
morgue with six bullet wounds in your chest rather than freely roaming the
King County streets awaiting your employer to explain away your actions and slap you on the wrist.
Schene *is* being charged with fourth-degree assault by the ; but again, what would you be facing if this were you?
Here <LINK> are the numbers for the King County sheriff’s office. The more you can communicate how disturbed you are by this violence, the better the chance for some real discipline being given to the perpetrator.
You can thank the King County Prosecutor by going here: <DAN>,
and feel free to urge them to seek greater charges against this dangerous,
violent child abuser. That Schene’s behavior is state-sponsored and
protected should cause his punishment to be much more severe.
Call your councilman, your state legislators, the Governor’s office, the
[pro-abortion, gay rights liberal Republican] Attorney General’s office, and every other elected official you can and let them know a free people will not stand for such gross abuse of government power, government protection and recklessly spent tax dollars.
And don’t forget to Stone The Legislature

By the way, I am sure this is old news for you but did you hear about Washington State’s enhanced ID program?
http://www.dol.wa.gov/about/news/priorities/edl.html
It has Radio Frequency Identification.
http://www.dol.wa.gov/forms/520434.pdf
I am sure this must be old news to you but l just learned about it on World Net Daily.
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=90008
As I recall it’s conservatives who have spent the last 30 years clamoring for more police powers and justifying everything the cops do.
If I had a dollar for every old fart who sat there and talked about the good old days when cops can just bust your head open and how you never had to lock your door, and “crime was low back then”, I could hire my own security team to kick my own ass for me whenever I feel like getting pissed off at my enslaved status.
I wonder who sent forth all those change agents who tricked the conservative movement into thinking that a police state would somehow reduce crime – something that is historically proven to be a false concept.
Well, certainly the COINTELPRO is all over the gun boards with the usual “nobody has seen all of the tape” or “you don’t know both sides of the story” and other things to keep that one group of people who can put a stop to this crap either on the fence, or loving their police state.
of course I am not impressed: “office of pro-abortion, gay rights, liberal Republican King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg”
So the leftist is the only one who would do something about this but where are the conservatives? But when it gets to the point that it’s not “some brat who probably deserved it” and instead farmers trying to stay in business, or gun owners trying to prevent violence, or people trying to put and end to the socialist tax system, getting rolled up and put into cells who will likely not like that treatment at all; and thus get their clocks cleaned – oh how then the conservatives will howl and gnash their teeth.
“But I’m not some bratty teen who deserved it like I thought she did back when….”
WHAM!
“Shut the f**K up! I RULE! (says the pig cop).
Ah when they came for the 15 year old girly I said nothing.
How most of you will burn in the camps.
(I will likely be dead but it won’t be for trying to keep most of you out of jail, for most of you built this tyranny and deserve to be eaten by it – or at least get your asses kicked in a cell for taking your shoes off the wrong way).
God has a way of punishing stupidity, wickedness, and spite. For everything else there’s reality check.
There is a false impression that what the Republican Party does is what “conservatives” do and that the outcomes derived are what “conservatives” want. “Conservatism” as defined by it’s intellectual leaders is Constitutional, and thereby severely limited, government whose sole purpose is the defense of the innocent from agression.
Conservatism says a government has the responsibility to enforce justice and is wrong if it does more or less. It does not change because professional liars have taken over the GOP. It does not change because the liberal media uses the word improperly.
You’re right about the stupidity, wickedness and spite, but the enemy I have seen is the intellectual and spiritual pacifism on our side. The willingness among those who know it is wrong to tolerate evil in the name of Republican unity.
The way I see it a man who is willing to kill 20% of your children is not 80% a good babysitter. It is time to end our toleration of the snakes in elephant suits.
It’s time to go to war.
I do agree with a lot of what you’re saying and yes an investigation needs to take place by an independent agency.
I do want to correct you on one thing though. I am one of two soldiers who were returning from Iraq and had to save Officer Schene when he wrecked his vehicle. As I was there and witnessed (obviously) the accident, I must say that he was not driving recklessly. He was the lead vehicle of two patrol cars that were driving to an emergency situation with the overhead emergency lights on, when a mini van turned directly in front of him and did not have their headlights on. Officer Schene attempted to avoid the vehicle, but could not and struck the car.
I have seen the detention video and it does raise many questions and I believe that it was excessive, but please stick to the relevant facts. Thank you.
