Re: Will The Tea Parties Matter?
It is interesting to see how the mainstream Republicans have jumped on the Tea Party bandwagon as if they didn’t have ample opportunity to pursue the fiscally conservative (and sane) agenda when they controlled the entire government. So what are they saying?
“Elect us next time. We really, really mean it this time — no kidding. We lied last time, but this time we’re telling you the truth. Honest, geez, you just gotta’ believe us. Look at Obama — he’s far worse than we ever were. I mean, we were bad, but that Obama, he’s really, really bad. Really. You don’t have any choice”.
It is pathetic. We do have a choice. To throw out every lying Republican that got into office and didn’t follow the platform and replace them with people that say what they mean and do what they say. The tea parties were an attempt by honest Americans to say that they are fed up with being preyed upon by BOTH PARTIES. If Republicans want to get on the band wagon, they better walk the walk. A lot of spineless, traitor Republicans all over the country are on board with Obama’s agenda, or spending their States into bankruptcy on that level.
When all the honest producers of wealth are forced to leave this country, who will pay for all the government services and giveaways? There will be no one. Everyone can just pick over the bones of the rotting carcass of the once great “land of the free and home of the brave”.
“Elect us next time. We really, really mean it this time — no kidding.”
