Following (text) from the American Family Association (AFA):
The nation’s largest pro-homosexual activist group, Human Rights Campaign(HRC), credited Home Depot for helping it pass gay marriage in New York State
last week.
Calling it the “most aggressive state legislative advocacy campaign ever,” HRC says it pumped more than $1 million into the effort. Just after the gay marriage bill passed, HRC issued an email asking “What was the secret weapon behind this incredible achievement?” The email went on to describe “a group of dedicated HRC Partners who fueled the fight for marriage equality by providing the resources.”
Home Depot is one of those HRC “partners.” HRC’s secret weapon in
passing gay marriage was Home Depot! Home Depot’s own website says it
is “honored to say we support” HRC and other pro-gay marriage groups.
Over half a million people have signed a pledge to boycott The Home Depot
until it agrees to remain neutral in the culture and political war over
homosexual marriage.
NEW! To help promote the boycott, AFA
has produced the AFA Pass Along Sheet. Please print copies of this
sheet and share them with your neighbors, friends and co-workers. Encourage them
to join the boycott of The Home Depot.
TAKE ACTION
1. Pray for Home Depot Chairman Frank Blake to make wise decisions
regarding his company’s direction.
2. If you have not done so, sign the Boycott Pledge at BoycottTheHomeDepot.com.
3. Call your local Home Depot store and ask to speak to the
manager. You can find the number to your local store here (click “Store Finder” at
top of page) or in your local phone book.
4. Print the paper petition and distribute it.
It is very important that you forward this alert to your friends and family
members.

There seems to be an internal discordance in your politics. You like Ron Paul and are big on freedom, then you hate on the gays and choice. What’s the deal? If you want the gov’t to get out of our lives, why do you take exceptions on these subjects?
@Phil: “There seems to be an internal discordance in your politics.”
To the contrary. The discordance is all your own.
You say, “…you hate on the gays and choice,” but in the first instance you provide no evidence for your false accusation of “hate” for “gays” and in the second, I must assume that the spectacularly undefined word “choice” is your use of the far left vernacular for “a woman’s [government regulated] right to choose” to kill her children.
We have, from our inception, opposed the government-driven campaign to normalize sexual perversion and force that mindset on our children through government schools. This article is about one instance in that chain of cause and effect: the financial support by Home Depot of the successful lobbying campaign to secure a law in the New York legislature forcing a re-definition of marriage on the people of New York. Ron Paul opposes the use of government for that purpose.
We hold no more hatred for sexual deviants than we do alcoholics, kleptomaniacs, narcisistic sociopaths or drug addicts and do not consider ourselves superior to them. But if we did hate them and formed a movement to regard them as less than human and legalize the killing of them by private citizens and profiting by private coroporations who would kill them for you for a fee and government subsidies for those businesses, we would begin to approach the depravity of the “Pro-aborton-choice movement” who do all that against the most defensless people among us, pre-natal children.
