1. Given, a citizen of the United States of America orderly speaking a Constitutionally protected message outside the traditional front doors of the Supreme Court building is decorous by definition as being an exercise of the first amendment;2. I may speak with an un-amplified/amplified voice providing the ambient sound pressure level does not exceed eighty (80) decibels as measured from the nearest residential neighborhood;3. Biblical message signage made of appropriate materials may be hand-carried and/or a maximum of two (2) such attended signs, not dimensionally exceeding four feet by four feet (4′ x 4′) each, may be free-standing;4. I must act independently of others;5. I may not impede pedestrian traffic.
