But I pointed out the only thing strange had been its absence from American politics, since 1984.

When Ron Paul went to the University of Washington campus in January 2008, thousands poured onto the lawns and followed him through campus.
His followers have swarmed conventions, caucuses, straw polls, money bombs, and rally venues all across America.
