The following email was circulated among County delegates who had put Romney as their Presidential Preference in the precinct caucus.
Besides making the absurd assertion that Mitt Romney is a fiscal conservative, in contrast to everything he has ever done, it spins total fabrications we have taken the liberty to highlight in RED:

Greetings fellow Romney supporters!We look forward to meeting with you Saturday, March 31, to elect Romney delegates to the State GOP Convention. The Romney Campaign is preparing a slate of candidates from which we can choose those who will represent us at our state convention. We will receive this printed list when we check in next Saturday morning at Islander Middle School. All these declared candidates will be given two minutes to introduce themselves and explain why they should be selected. It will be important for all of us to be there early so that we are in the hall when these rules are set in place. A failure to establish these rules allowed supporters of Ron Paul to philibuster and finally elect a majority of their delegates to represent the 36th Congressional District here in Washington State.I think we all agree that our neighbors in the 36th have not been well served by that miscarriage of procedure. So, please come early and be prepared to limit the time any delegate may speak before the caucus at the opening of the meeting.And make sure you receive your printed slate of delegates for Romney when you check in. On that list you will find our names included. Eileen Twitchell organized for the Reagan Campaign from the Republican National Committe [sic] in 1979 and subsequently worked five years in his first administration. She believes that Mitt Romney is the candidate who will continue to block grant federal programs back to the states, who will reduce the federal workforce and cut unnecessary spending and regulation. Maurice Twitchell has worked in Olympia for the past 40 years fighting rate increases requested by our public utilities and transportation companies, and he sees Romney as the GOP candidate who can best balance our runaway budget and reign in fiscal irresponsibility. We are asking for your support at the County Caucus because we will do the work necessary to make Mitt Romney the candidate from Washington State.If you feel you can endorse us as County GOP Delegates, would you kindly respond to this email. The claim in the message that “supporters of Ron Paul” engaged in “philibuster”(sic) [I'm sure she meant "filibuster"] is a vicious fabrication. The events in the 36th are exactly the opposite. Ron Paul supporters (and others) followed the rules exactly and the Romney liberal Establishment cheated, disrupted and engaged in outright theft, stealing the ballots to attempt to waylay the proceedings that, nevertheless were quite efficient in spite of the Romney thugs. Our attempts to find any records of any “Eileen Twitchell” in the Reagan administration come up empty, although it is within the realm of possibility that someone of that name had a job in the federal government during the Reagan administration, perhaps in the Postal Service.
This is just another in the long trail of DIRTY TRICKS by the GOP/Left Establishment on their way to another defeat.
