The whole-hearted little lady you see standing up to the Sotelo Machine in the videos of the 37th district caucus is Tamra Smilanich.
Tamra refused to back down to Sotelo’s threats after defeating Sotelo’s latest “chosen one” to chair the caucus and then won the ongoing chairmanship of the 37th District Precinct Committee officers to become the only District Leader in King County Lori Sotelo can’t sack at whim.
Still under assault by the Establishment, Tamra is purportedly being verbally attacked and pressured to resign by Sotelo operatives as she announced her first 37th Legislative District meeting would be OPEN (!) as opposed to secret or closed, in the Sotelo tradition.
I think it would be appropriate if that meeting was visited by Freedom Fighters and Liberty Lovers from the whole area to congratulate Tamara on her victories and support her efforts to begin the long task of rebuilding the 37th (as must be done throughout King County) on the Founding Principles of American Freedom instead of Founding principle of Midstream Republicans, the RINO pledge (“I promise to support any Republican no matter how liberal, no matter how corrupt”).
