The Moses Lake Meeting of the 2012 Washington State GOP Credentials Committee was an atrocity.
All the authorities agree; the RNC rules, the WSRP rules, Robert Rules of Order… there must be a “call to convention,” a notice given to the qualified delegates of the place and time and inviting their participation to make it a valid Convention. Each authority stipulates rules for that call explicitly.
Why?
Because it is too easy for the people charged with running a Convention or caucus or committee to manipulate its outcome with people… that will vote the way they want… that will say the things they want… if they can invite only the people they want to attend. You can control the outcome by controlling who participates. That kind of control is a hallmark of the GOP Left.
For example… in 2008 Lisa Thwing helped re-elect Marxist Democrat Marilyn Chase to the State Legislature by holding a “32nd District GOP Meeting” and only inviting her chosen insiders… with full intent to reject the candidacy of the only Republican running in the 32nd that year…because he had endorsed Ron Paul. The candidate she torpedoed was a man the press had called the best Republican candidate for that office in 40 years. By not sending a call she attracted a small fraction of the district… and only needed four “Republican” votes to help scuttle his campaign and re-elect the Marxist.
Jack Hamilton ran such a convention in his “Kitsap Kounty” this year. There was no legal call to convention, only email notice to a Party list. This was in addition to announcing his intention to cheat in other ways even before the convention began, including illegally appointing himself Convention Chair. It was an Insider Celebration. And he executed all his plans… and more.
Saturday in Moses Lake the Credentials Committee met to consider multiple individual challenges to Kitsap including challenges by and for people who had a right to participate but did not receive the required notice to attend.
But the Credentials Committee turned down all their challenges without ever hearing their story.
None of the challengers got to speak before the committee…
Because Kirby Wilbur and his staff prevented it.
On the other hand…
Rand Hein got to speak to the committee. Because Kirby Wilbur and his staff assured it.
Rand Hein is part of Jack Hamilton’s inner circle.
Rand Hein was appointed to the Credentials Committee in a totally illegal, star chamber proceeding empaneled by Jack Hamilton, enabled by Kirby Wilbur, where he was the only nominee allowed.
Rand Hein was elected three weeks AFTER the final deadline in the rules for such an election.
Rand Hein, as it happens, was also the only one from Kitsap County who got to speak to the committee. Because Kirby Wilbur and his staff assured it while silencing the voice and writings of the victims, the delegates who received no call but prepared to speak to the Committee.
And Rand Hein told the Committee that most of the challenges were “frivolous.”

WOW things haven’t changed much…. I well remember working on the Lutz campaign against Bob Packwood in a primary when had to fight the entire GOP establishment including President Reagan even though Bob packwood was the most pro death senator in the country…… you may have to go to court if they were violating there own rules…..

Hi Doug. I met you here in Vancouver when you and Michelle St Pierre came down to show us the “door”. You came to our We the People meeting. We had a big challenge from the 17th district that went to the credentials comm that they apparently decided not to hear. They moved it on up so it supposedly will be heard on May 31 at the convention. It has been a fight every step of the way …especially just getting our Board here in Clark Co to even hear it. The method used here has been to ignore the entire issue. Had to call a special meeting (reluctantly by our chair). Even then it took 45 min to determine whether they would call the meeting official or not. I am one of the delegates effected by this challenge. I’m going to be there on may 31. Do you think we (delegates of the 17th) will be allowed to go into this meeting to at least hear it if not allowed to speak?
The core of the Romney faction wants to act in darkness, without public oversight. Whether or not they can hold together a majority and complete their work in semi-secrecy, all recording devices banned, remains to be seen. They won some and lost some on procedure last Saturday. The motion to remove me specifically was defeated by a single vote. They desperately want to keep the truth out. The best remedy is to storm their “walls.” The Kitsap victims are not giving up, but petitioning.

Are there any sane attorneys out there who are willing to file for injunctions against these fascists who are openly engaging in unlawful criminal fraud. Attempting to rig the election results is a felony, and these are direct attempts to fix and rig the outcome of the election.
Apparently we need a court order/injunction and armed sheriff’s deputies from Pierce county in the convention to enforce the laws and protect the delegates from the lawless RNC/GOP party thugs.
One thing is absolutely certain – The RNC/GOP are 100% committed to LOSING BIG IN NOVEMBER AS THEY DID IN 2008!!! You can count on it!
Unless we the People can drive out the Nazi fascists from the Republican Party, I’m afraid the time has come to let the party collapse and die by it’s own hand and corruption as it is absolutely as much the enemy of the People as the Democrat Marxist Socialist party is – Both parties owned and controlled by the same criminal corporatist banking globalists.
I believe we have reached a time of departing out of both corrupt anti-American socialist parties. It is time for Americans to get off both political plantations and support the Constitution and Libertarian parties, perhaps merge the parties into a genuine patriotic American party that stands firm on the Constituion and the genuine will of the People.
This is Dr. Paul’s last election – after this election, if Dr. Paul is not nominated and elected, I foresee the GOP collapsing and emptying of the core conservative base. It’s time WE THE PEOPLE grow up and find the courage to truly stand on principle and no longer be numbered with our enemies and to associate and empower those who despise the People and the Constitution.
It’s time for a truly new direction and movement for the Constitutional Liberty Movement. Time for us, like our founding fathers, to face reality and break the bands which have held us down and suppressed the will of the People.

I was an active member of the Constitution Party before deciding to go Republican in order to support Ron Paul in 2008 and this election too. We have been completely sabotaged and then blamed for it. I keep looking around to see if Saul Alinsky was lurking in the shadows coaching these conservatives. I no longer will ever call myself a conservative again. It is a term capable of just about any ideology to hide behind for the purpose of infiltration. It has room for cowards who want to defend the constitution openly but fear the intimidation provided by such as Jack Hamilton of Kitsap. I am a constitutional defender to the best of my ability with what I know and how I have learned to make my voice heard if at all possible. The disenfranchisement of Kitsap county, like in many counties across this nation is now boldly in your face saying, “sit down and shut up” Kirby Wilbur’s exact words and he was on the credentials committee. I will not sit down and shut up if I am murdered for it. I will not be silenced. Believe me. Thank you for such a well thought out comment.
All elections we must vote for the lesser of two evils because the last perfect man to walk this earth was Jesus Christ himself and none of us come close to him…. In many parts of the country people who are running and winning are constitutional conservatives who believe in lesser government. While i was no a supporter of Mr. Romney there are plenty of other pro life, pro life, principled conservatives who have won and are winning. Even in the Reagan years we had such battles when Grant Peterson tried to shut many of us out…. I no longer live in Washington State and I do hope you guys van prevail. Honestly, it sounds like you have reason for legal action.
May I suggest a phone call to Greg Casey…. on the national scene the higher ups on the Romney campaign are trying to mend fences with the Ron Paul forces. This last week there was a meeeting with Rand Paul I know in Iowa and south Dakota such meetings are going on……. I know this is the Reagan wing and worked much with president Reagan but he was imperfect as well…. In 1986 President Reagan endorsed the pro abortion Bob Packwood and we had a huge battle in Oregon……… in any case i am praying for ALL of you that grants you favor….. especially for rules, platform, and credentials….

Personally I will not mend any fences with those who participated in distorting the outcome of a presidential election wittingly, eagerly and all for a United Nations agenda, that whether they know it or not, is a fact. Anyone who cannot completely disassociate themselves and publicly state they have been in error will not be welcome at any time in my life. The only possible exceptions are for the truly unaware of their casualty status.They did what they were told, they were obedient to a machine that was built to destroy this nation and I have had well over the tolerable amount of scornful looks, anger for our supposed wrong doing, mockery, demands to vote for the media choice in the primaries, better yet ever, demands to quit supporting my choice and manufactured reasons sent out en mass propaganda for these matrix dwellers to readily accept and act in the advancement of their own demise. They will not take me with them w/o a fight.
