The following was received Wednesday afternoon in reaction to the recent Hutchison Note article (Part One and Part Two). The article has unleashed what has become, in some counties, a firestorm of grassroots anger and Old Guard Republican Establishment slander attacks on their own grassroots.

Subject: Susan’s email screener
To: Doug Parris
I think I know who it was that screened Susan’s email; Keith Schipper who was the communications director until recently. He is the only person that was employed during the time frame that Ed Moats email came in that isn’t any longer. What this means is that if we are to believe Susan about her Screener, well, that job has now gone to Steve Beren. Which means that problem just went from bad to worse.
Who is Schipper?
Keith Schipper was the WSRP communications director from January 2012 [hired during Kirby Wilbur's second term] until February 2014. He is the only person that we know was BOTH employed in the Bellevue offices during the time frame that Ed Moats’ email came in AND is also no longer a WSRP employee. Just 27 years old, Mr. Schipper has already comprised a very interesting list of former employers.

Campaign Manager: Rodney Tom for State Senate, Democrat
With Schipper at the helm, Rodney Tom is campaigning for re-election to the Senate by celebrating the bi-partisan passage of SB 6523, a social giveaway at the expense of all taxpayers for the exclusive benefit of illegal immigrants.
January 2012 – February 2014 (2 years 2 months) Bellevue, WA
His third stint at the WSRP, this tour of duty spanned the split term of Kirby Wilbur and Susan Hutchison, the period when Ed Moats’ campaign announcement was lost, stolen, or buried. It was this employment experience that apparently completed Keith’s preparation to be a Democrat Campaign Manager.
February 2012 – November 2012 (10 months) Bellevue, WA
“Opposition research program for both local and national Republican organizations. [While on the WSRP payroll, Keith was a tracker for the Rob McKenna campaign.] I also ran the social media efforts for the 2012 cycle.”
June 2011 – February 2012 (9 months) Bellevue, WA
“Managed day-to-day office operations – including but not limited to communications, volunteer, and fundraising efforts – during the off-year between campaign cycles.”
If you like agenda 21, you’ll love what Keith did for Dave.
“Assisted with organizing various pieces of the 2012 Rob McKenna campaign launch.”
