Coulter convalescing from a severe bout of Romneyechtasis

From David Usher:

After thoroughly crediting Ann Coulter for years of witty attacks on guv’mints, varmints and feminists, it must be said there is something missing about her understanding of social policy at the federal level.

This week, Ann lambasted Rick Santorum: “I also wonder why he’s running for president, rather than governor, when the issues closest to his heart are family-oriented matters about which the federal government can, and should, do very little.”

Ann’s statement reveals the “great mistake” Republicans have made since 1963.

They stood aside while Democrats built the Great Society, enacted Title IX, enacted the marriage-destructive Violence Against Women Act, and let Barney Frank force banks to give (more…)

Parent’s Rights and
the SB 48 “Anti-Bullying” law

Reader,

By now you may have heard about SB 48, the new “anti-bullying” bill that is actually no anti-bullying bill at all, but rather LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) indoctrination for children as young as Kindergarten. This bill would actually require public schools, including Charter schools, to include positive discussions of the sexual orientations of transgender, bisexual and gay Americans in all social science courses – and yes, as early as Kindergarten.

This bill has already passed both houses of the California legislature and has been signed by Governor Jerry Brown. But after SB 48 was signed into law, the Pacific Justice Institute, along with several other pro-family organizations, worked quickly behind the scenes to launch the referendum – which is a “People’s Veto”. Papers were filed with the California Attorney General’s Office and voters now have a chance to directly repeal SB 48. But we need to move fast!

Pacific Justice Institute

The heart of the cultural conflict between Muslims and the West revolves around morals and power-sharing between the sexes.  Muslim countries are hyper-patriarchal.  America and European countries dealing with terrorism are hyper-feminist.  The war on terror is, undeniably, a global conflict between masculism and feminism.

Terrorists co-opted Ronald Reagan’s “Star Wars” strategy (which tricked the U.S.S.R. into spending itself into bankruptcy).  Now, they are making us spend ourselves into bankruptcy.  A handful of terrorists spend $4,200 and we have to waste hundreds of millions in direct response.  If military history is instructive, it says that America must find a smarter way to resolve the disagreement between the East and West. The greatest test of Conservative brilliance rests on our ability to weaken Democrat support for President Obama’s budget reconciliation version of National Health Care legislation that Democrats threaten to ram through the roof of Congress’s teapot dome via simple majority vote.
We can say with certainty that Republicans cannot change so many Democrat votes lacking a powerful fresh argument. How can Republicans puncture the partisan support Obama commands for National Health Care?
The proposed Healthfare state is anti-woman and anti-marriage. Forty-five years of social data demonstrates that every advance of the welfare state has resulted in more women and children living in poverty in cities unsafe because the fabric of marriage is destroyed. National Healthfare, the largest proposed expansion of the Great Society since 1963, would accelerate evisceration of marriage and the futures of the neighborhoods so many women are already afraid to live in.

Fox New’s LaToya Foster made a good start holding women responsible for chasing rich or powerful men in her latest piece Ladies, Only YOU Can Prevent Cheating.  Beyond Foster’s piece resides the reasons why so many women behave this way at the expense of other women.

GigaletteUsing power to get sex is illegal in business.  We call it sexual harassment.  Men get sued for this every day. But using sex to seize power and money in or out of business is a fully legal and entitled activity – especially when the woman gets herself pregnant.

Rich and powerful men ranging from Hollywood stars to politicians are literally stalked every day by lovely gigalettes in flirty clothing.  These women aggressively chase powerful married men hoping to displace the man’s wife, blackmail him into supporting an elective single-mother lifestyle, or get famous and make it big in Hollywood.

On July 28, 2009, Protect Marriage Washington and two petitioner signers filed suit against the Washington Secretary of State to prevent the Secretary of State from releasing the names and addresses of over 138,500 Washington citizens who stood up in defense of marriage by signing a referendum to put the domestic partnership law on the ballot.

On Saturday, July 25, Protect Marriage Washington submitted petitions containing the signatures in an effort to place Referendum 71 on the November 2009 ballot regarding what is commonly referred to as the “everything but marriage” domestic partnership law. (more…)

For the past 15 years, liberals have abused the consequences of marriage-absence as political wild-cards to justify legislation entitling even more marriage-absence.

The term “marriage-absence” refers to adults of marriageable age living outside the institution of  heterosexual marriage.

In the vast majority of cases, living in a state of marriage-absence drives our most costly and urgent social and economic problems, including the majority of poverty for women and children, lack of health care coverage, intergenerational illegitimacy, child educational and mental health issues, substance abuse, domestic violence, and much of our crime problem.  The budget burden is growing explosively.  (more…)

grandgroup2ARLINGTON, WA - May 5, 2009 - A coalition of faith based and conservative organizations and leaders filed a Referendum on May 4 to overturn Senate Bill 5688, a 110 page measure which includes the phrase “marriage shall apply equally to state registered domestic partnerships” 180 times.

Referendum 71 will keep SB 5688 from going into effect and if the required signatures are gathered, will put the measure in front of Washington State voters in November.  (more…)

babycashAnyone wondering why marriage is passé and illegitimacy is at record levels can find the answer in the recent case of the unmarried California mother with six test-tube children who just launched octuplets with the help of an unethical feminist fertility clinic.

Why would she do this? Because she gets eight times more welfare than women who merely shake down the welfare system one kid at a time.  The mother has repeatedly declined marriage, and apparently admitted she did it because she “got paid for it“.  In addition to a load of welfare the mother is entitled to, the sperm donor will be facing a whacking child support order if his identity is known.

Why does Congress continue expansions of federal policy entitling predatory economic demolition of marriage?  Why do pro-life conservatives tacitly support the welfare state – imagining this reduces abortion?  (more…)

Sacremento/June 25, 2012/CNW/ The California Supreme Court appeared divided again today over the constitutionality of the state’s marriage laws. During three hours of arguments by lawyers, Justice Joyce L. Kennard questioned whether “the state has effectively conceded there is no valid grounds for distinction” between domestic partnership, marriage, and ordinary product licensing.

Four of the seven justices repeatedly noted that California voters have futiley defined marriage as a union between a man and a woman, and that the public’s opinion on the matter was now completely irrelevant. (more…)

There are libraries full of dysfunctional psychological books about how marriage is an impossible proposition.  Prior to the feminist revolution, most books were about how to establish a marriage or how to make one better.

One of the reasons marriage is on the rocks is because most of us are programmed from birth to fear the opposite sex and to adopt behavior patterns and beliefs that make it impossible to find a good marriage partner, and make us poor marriage partners as well.

Both men and women must fully understand that feminism is an optional illness.  (more…)

In California, any two women will soon be able to “marry” each other (sexual orientation being completely irrelevant), have as many “love children” they want by bedding down boy-toys, and get paid tremendous sums of money for doing so.  Such a marriage will feature an average of four to six incomes: the incomes of the two women, at least two sets of child support orders, and two sets of welfare entitlements.

From Dr. Charles E. Corry, Ph.D., F.G.S.A.:

It is an ancient principle that it is in the best interest of a child to have paternity established and left undisturbed by the courts. Insofar as practical that principle should be obeyed. But that principle was formed on the basis that children were almost always born within a marriage, and that the couple would raise the child together. Obviously that is no longer true but in support of that principle Colorado law at present makes it impossible for a divorced man, or an unmarried man against whom a paternity judgement has been entered to remove the obligation for child support despite DNA evidence establishing he is not the father of the child.
