Last week when Doug Parris (a member in good standing of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Washington) was blocked from posting or commenting at the Republican Liberty Caucus of Washington State (open) Facebook page (that allegedly has more non- members than members), TheReaganWing didn’t publish it, although all of the Reagan Wing posts and comments were deleted from the page at the same time.
This morning the Reagan Wing reported that Parris had been removed from the RLCWA “Membership Page,” a different thing entirely. [see: A Stab in the Dark]
This afternoon, one RLCWA member added Parris back to the open page where we then published the three most recent articles in our series on the RLCWA.
Back in Fellowship. Kum Ba Yah.
Within hours an administrator removed the posts, blocked Parris from posting, cut his necktie in half, and literally changed the group status from OPEN to CLOSED, further circling the wagons. Formerly ANYONE could both read and post at the site (with the exception of Parris and any others who had been banned, and even the “lepers” could still read the page). Now only people who have been approved can even see anything more than a list of members and administrators.
The list of administrators (taken from the page):
Sandi Belzer Brendale, RLCWA Chair
Dave Nalle previous chair, national RLC, a resident of Texas
Martha DeForest, former fundraiser, Libertarian National Committee, a resident of California
Tony Stephens, Kitsap state committee man
Autumn Torres, RLCWA-Yakima Chair
Cody Graves, PCO, Republican Convention delegate
For the record, The Reagan Wing staff includes several members of the RLCWA, including RLCWA board members. Some writers are former RLCWA members. While writing this article, we received news that Parris had been added to RLCWA, a secret group. Taking a break to post a recent article there, we returned to the current article, only to find Parris had been blocked from the secret group:
