The following article, by guest author Kelleigh Nelson, was written in November, 2012 immediately after the re-election of Barack Obama and has existed, somehow invisibly, as a draft, backstage as it were, while the Reagan Wing cast and director scurried about producing other dramas. But now it has become clear that this article, recently re-discovered, casts a stark light on the path ahead in 2016 elections. (more…)

On Monday, May 19th, we discovered that at least three candidates for PCO had been filed against their will by a third party and a number of others had been filed without being present and without swearing their oath to uphold the Constitution. While much is known in Clark County about the source of those names, Former 18th LD Republican District Chair Mary Graham, the identity and origin of the one doing the filing has been less definitive, given that he hails from King County.
So who is this fellow, and why would he take an interest in PCO races several counties away? (more…)

[We ended Part 1 of this tale having set the stage for a meeting Doug had told Susan they had to have as long ago as August 2013 when they ran into each other at the RLCWA board meeting in Ellensburg, which we reported on here. We continue as Susan and Doug sit down to begin their meeting…]
I went to see State Party Chair Susan Hutchison because I believed she had assumed that office with the opportunity to change the WSRP Culture of “Circle the Wagons” and defeat, but was in danger, instead, of being digested. What I really wanted was to crash through the door with an offer of salvation from the Terminator series:

Follow my lead and the search is over.
The search to find a Midstream candidate for every Congressional district where one of those detestable “conservatives” might attempt to run has an ANSWER in the First Congressional District.
And it is a potential SUPERSTAR!
High-Tax States are that way because their political leadership has a socialist/liberal/Marxist philosophy. Washington State has had historically high liquor prices in controlled-price monopoly stores so… passage of an enterprising Citizen’s Initiative privatized liquor sales, bypassing our bureaucratic parasites…
So have they gotten the message ?

This past week most of us have probably seen some, if not a great deal of the games played by Harry Reid and his Comrades. Name calling, hissy fits and political strategy: force the Republicans to partially shut down the government.
Not that the Republicans are any better. (more…)

The required post-convention meeting of the RLCWA Board was held as a Facebook Chat Session. Board Members were notified by email, but not given the required 3 day lead, preventing some board members from being present, not having seen the email in time. Absent members were only able to review the chat session, too late to participate. Holding a private Facebook Chat didn’t begin to satisfy the requirement to notify ALL RLCWA members and allow them to attend the meeting. Official “minutes” of that meeting were sent out to all members, but RLCWA “minutes” are so highly redacted of what actually went on you will be amazed at the difference between the actual chats and the “official” (falsified) “minutes.” And this was the only meeting that even made any semblance of following the required Bylaws by the Board that RLC members elected to represent them.
